We are hiring an experienced and skilled Tech Lead to join an agile team working on a pioneering and international scale project.

Mission

• Oversee progress of the development team and technology choices
• Provide technical guidance to developers, review their code, and help nurture their skills 
• Develop and ensure implementation of industry best practices 
• Maintain and optimize software architecture 
• Optimize the existing DevOps processes 
• Ensure meeting deadlines and quality deliverables 
• Keep up with the latest technologies and trends 

Qualification and skills

• Degree in software engineering, computer science or telecommunications,  
• 5+ years of software development experience 
• Sound knowledge of Laravel, VueJS, Express, NodeJS, SocketIO, ElectronJS, Cluster MongoDB, MySql, Docker, Micro-Services; Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure Cloud) 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. 
• The candidate should be a great team player, self-sufficient, deadline-driven with strong adaptability, and analytical skills.
