Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our agile development team. The ideal candidate should be driven and self-sufficient with a strong desire to be an effective leader.

Mission

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies 
• Facilitate scrum meetings, product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Encourage the development team to adopt Agile values and apply Scrum. 
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint 
• Promote teamwork and effective collaboration 

Qualification and skills

• A University Degree in computer science, management, or a related field 
• 3+ years as a scrum master
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and facilitation skills
