We are looking for an Account Manager with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to deliver an optimal customer experience. 

Mission

• Lead successful customer onboarding 
• Provide product training for new users and ongoing support
• Assist with troubleshooting and solving issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. 

Qualification and skills

• 2 - 5 years of experience in customer success or similar role 
• Good command of Spanish
• Good command of English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Good at time management and multitasking.
• Basic computer and MS Suites skills 
• Keen interest in the hospitality industry
